fix: 修复用户界面显示问题

- 修复用户菜单下拉框被glass-strong元素遮挡的问题，改为fixed定位并提高z-index
- 修复登录界面label颜色与背景色相同的问题，改为text-gray-900
- 修复错误消息提示框文字颜色问题，从text-red-200改为text-red-800提高可读性
