5706c32933 feat: 添加.prettierignore解决ESLint插件冲突 
- 修复Cursor中ESLint无法找到prettier-plugin-tailwindcss的错误
- 让根目录prettier配置忽略web/admin-spa目录
- 保持前端和后端prettier配置的独立性
- 避免在根目录安装不必要的tailwindcss插件依赖
