* Docs: align node-host gateway auth precedence

* CI: resolve rebase breakages in checks lanes

* Tests: isolate LOCAL_REMOTE_FALLBACK_TOKEN env state

* Gateway: remove stale remote.enabled auth-surface semantics

* Changelog: note gateway SecretRef fail-closed fix
