docs: translate remaining Chinese comments in claudeAccountService.js

- Filter Opus models based on account type and model version
- Free account: does not support any Opus model
- Pro account: only supports Opus 4.5+
- Max account: supports all Opus versions
- Account without subscription info defaults to supported
